This website is operated by Greater Than Zero LLC dba Pediatric CEO™. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pediatric CEO™. Pediatric CEO™ offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, and any other users of the site.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from this site, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service,” “Terms of Use,” “Terms and Conditions,” or “Terms”), including any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced here and/or available by hyperlink. Online Store Terms & Refund Policy

Tickets for events or programs are transferrable but are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by contacting us prior to the event with their information.

You agree to not dispute any charges at any time. In the event that you inadvertently dispute a charge made to your account in connection with a purchase made through this website, you agree to immediately cancel or withdraw such a dispute. You understand that disputing a charge through your financial institution is a violation of this Agreement, and you agree not to do so.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your information (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. PEDIATRIC CEO PRIVACY POLICY

1. This Privacy Policy applies to the sites and platforms where it appears.

Protecting your information is important to us. This Privacy Policy describes how Pediatric CEO AKA Greater Than Zero LLC treats customer information on the websites and platforms where it is located (in this policy we call these our Platforms). Your use of this Platform indicates that you agree to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect demographic information and information about your product preferences. This may include collecting your age, gender, and/or marital status.

We share information with our affiliated organizations and parent company. This includes our affiliates and Greater Than Zero LLC associated with Pediatric CEO.
